The four elements of nature,
Fire, Water, Earth and Air are artistically depicted by a group
of local artists in this invitational exhibit.
The variety of the works in this
show ranges from literal representations to the use of conceptual
pieces that attempt to capture the essence of the elements through
style and free interpretation.
The exhibit also includes additional
works by guest artists Joseph Andrade, Kathy Boortz and Gladys
Gostin.
Elemental is presented as a celebration
of Earth Day 2001 and is supported by local environmental organizations
such as For the Love of the Lake.
